Endurance athlete asks area runners to join her

From the Toledo Blade, Monday May 24th:
   Internationally known endurance athlete Lisa Smith Batchen, who is attempting to run 50 miles in each of America's 50 states over a two-month period, has invited area runners to join her during a 12-hour jaunt she has planned at Wildwood Preserve Metropark Tuesday.
   She plans to run from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the park's trails. Runners can come and go as they wish.
   Ms. Batchen's 'Running Hope Through America' campaign began in New Jersey on April 19. She is trying to raise money and awareness for orphans.
   The park district said it will open Wildwood an hour early to accommodate her.
