I thought the video, with accompanying impact data, of barefoot vs. shod running was especially interesting. Also, this article could offer some further critique on a forefoot strike as opposed to the classic heel-first pattern.

Thanks, I'm reading ChiRunning now and hope to look into this form of running also. ChiRunning is a midfoot strike. So far, it seems to be curing my knee pain.
